These terms apply to mmx-game-studio.com, the English website of MMX Studio. By using the website you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who the website is for
The website is meant for players outside Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The Russian version is at mmx-studio.ru.
What the website is
The website tells about the studio and its games. It sells nothing, has no accounts and asks you for no data. The games are distributed through app stores: buying and installing them is governed by the rules of the store, and the game's data by its own privacy policy.
The studio's materials
Texts, images, logos, screenshots and other game materials on the website belong to the studio or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them.
- Press kit. The materials of the TechLab press kit may be used in articles, reviews, videos and streams about the game without asking - as they are, without changes that distort them.
- Everything else - commercial use, changing the logos, using the materials in a way that suggests the studio endorses you - needs written permission: write to maxg@mmx-studio.ru.
Fair use of the website
Please do not disrupt the website, load it with automated requests heavier than normal browsing, or try to get around access limits - for example, the handbook that stays closed until the game is released.
Links to other websites
The website links to app stores, YouTube, VK and other services. They have their own rules, and the studio is not responsible for their content or for what happens there.
Information on the website
The studio keeps the information accurate, but games in development change: features, screenshots, platforms and release dates may differ from what the website says today. The website is provided as it is.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
