LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data the mmx-game-studio.com website processes, why, on what legal basis, for how long and how to object. The studio is based in Russia, so the policy is published under Article 18.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
Version of 11 September 2026. If the data we process changes, this page changes too and gets a new date.
Operator
Sole proprietor Maxim Vadimovich Goryavin, TIN 665405708860, OGRNIP 325665800219718. Actual address: Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Starykh Bolshevikov Street, 5. Email for data questions: maxg@mmx-studio.ru.
Who this website is for
This is the English version of the studio website, meant for players outside Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The Russian version lives at mmx-studio.ru and has its own privacy policy.
Emails to the studio
The website has no contact forms, user accounts or payments. If you write to maxg@mmx-studio.ru, the studio receives your email address, your name or signature, the message and any attachments.
The purpose is to reply and to discuss collaboration, a vacancy or a project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ: you write on your own initiative, and the correspondence is needed to reach an agreement with you. For other letters it is Article 6(1)(7): replying to a letter is a legitimate interest of the studio and does not override your rights.
Letters are kept while they are needed for that purpose. Once it is achieved and no collaboration follows, they are deleted within 30 days. If the correspondence leads to a contract, it is kept as long as the law and the contract require.
Cookies and analytics
The English website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before launch and the site will ask for your consent first.
What the site does keep in your browser:
techlab_stage- a cookie of the TechLab handbook, described below; kept for a year;mmx-ru-noticein localStorage - your answer to the Russian version notice; kept until you clear the site data.
The Russian version notice
If your browser's time zone or main language points to Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan, the site offers the Russian version. The check runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us. If you choose to stay, the site remembers it in mmx-ru-notice; clear the site data to see the offer again.
The TechLab handbook
The handbook page /en/techlab/help remembers the game stage you opened it with, in a techlab_stage cookie and in the page address. That is strictly necessary for the service itself: without it the handbook forgets your stage on the next visit and shows the whole reference again. It is not an analytics cookie.
The stage contains only what is unlocked in the game: researched technologies, built megaprojects and the production scale you reached. There is no install identifier, no in-game balance and no play time in it, so a link with your stage can be shown to anyone. To remove the cookie press «reset stage» on the page itself or clear the site data in your browser.
Until the game is released the handbook is not open to everyone: the server checks the visitor's IP address against a short allowlist. The address is used only for that check and is not stored. The legal basis is the studio's legitimate interest in not publishing the handbook before release (Article 6(1)(7)).
The TechLab game
The TechLab mobile game has its own set of data and its own recipients, and they are described separately: the TechLab privacy policy. This page is about the website, not about the application.
How the data is protected
The website works over HTTPS only. Only the operator has access to the studio mailbox. The website itself does not store visitors' personal data.
Your rights
- to learn how your data is processed;
- to have it corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the stated purpose;
